Stone Invest is Dubai’s 1st real estate agency in France

Our founder is Jordan Bensmihen, a French-Moroccan with over 10 years’ real estate experience, who decided to enable French speakers to invest in Dubai by founding the STONE INVEST real estate agency. At the head of a French real estate group comprising an estate agency, a property management company, a real estate company and multiple SCIs, Jordan is both a real estate professional and a seasoned investor. His sharp vision of the market enables all his customers to make property acquisitions with complete peace of mind.

Our team is made up of RERA-certified real estate agents with genuine expertise in Dubai. All our agents are familiar with Dubai’s many different neighborhoods and developers, and will be able to advise you according to your wishes.
