JVC DUBAI, Jumeirah Village Circle is one of Dubai’s most coveted locations, and has become one of Dubai’s most modern and popular districts. JVC Dubai is strategically located in the heart of the city. It is circular in shape, 15 minutes from Dubai Marina, an upscale residential area, and the famous tree-shaped Palm Jumeirah, famous for its beautiful views and the Burj al-Arab hotel. What’s more, the Burj Khalifa is only 20 minutes away. There’s a freeway called Al Khail Road right next door, making it easy to get around.

Shops :

If you’d like to do some shopping or just shop, there are several malls nearby. In this JVC Circle Mall, which opened in 2022, there’s a huge supermarket. And La Marina Mall is not far away.

Facilities and amenities :

There are parks with children’s play areas, leisure and fitness centers, and playgrounds. There are also medical clinics. It’s a little further back, away from the city, focused on the family, residential side. There are dozens of parks.

Schools :

JVC is close to a number of schools, including the Lycée Français de Dubaï, just 20 minutes away. Even closer are prestigious schools such as the GEMS School in Dubai Hills, ten minutes away, and the Australian School. There are many educational establishments nearby, as well as crèches.

Residents :

JVC Dubai is one of the most migratory areas in the world, attracting people from all over the world, including many European expatriates and an increasing number of French nationals. The residents are generally middle-class Dubaiites.

Investing :

Because of the district’s self-sufficiency and other advantages, there are many benefits to investing in JVC Dubai. If you’re looking for a rental investment, it’s best to invest in a one-bedroom or studio apartment. With more affordable rates, it’s more attractive to invest in property in this district. Apartments and villas are available, with a wide choice of villas for families, while apartments are an excellent option for young investors or homeowners.
