- JVC :
Jumeirah Village Circle is one of Dubai’s most sought-after locations. Its central location and self-sufficiency are one of its strengths.

With plenty of green spaces and sports facilities, it’s an ideal neighborhood for families.
- JVT :
This predominantly residential neighborhood consists mainly of villas and parks. It is particularly popular with families, thanks to its central location, affordable accommodation options and numerous amenities.
There are a large number of commercial, residential and hotel developments, including schools, boutiques, cafés and restaurants.
As a popular suburb, Jumeirah Village is a 30-40 minute drive from most of Dubai’s main business districts.

- Arjan :
Arjan is ideal for families and young couples.

- Dubaï Maritime City :
This is a new district, one of the most promising in Dubai. It is located on the waterfront, 15 minutes from Downtown.
It will offer a host of services, including a concierge service, gym, infinity pool, wellness area with sauna and hammam, children’s play area and a large green space.
- Jebel Ali :
Jebel Eli is also an artificial island in the shape of a palm tree, twice the size of Palm Jumeirah. It boasts 110 kilometers of beach.

- Exposition City :
Exposition City is a community that respects the environment. A small part of the site’s electrical energy will come from the sun, and the buildings have been designed to consume almost 50% less water than most buildings. This saves both water and electricity. This is a new urban development.
