  • Downtown :

Downtown is one of the best neighborhoods. It’s right in the heart of the city. It’s one of Dubai’s most popular and dynamic districts. Residents tend to be families attracted by the “good life”.

Here you’ll find one of Dubai’s most iconic landmarks, the Burj Khalifa. This district is located along Dubai’s artificial canal, offering magnificent views of the water and skyscrapers. It’s 20 minutes from various directions in Dubai. The area is well located, with many restaurants, bars and cafés, including the famous Dubai Marina Mall.

  • JVC :

Jumeirah Village Circle is one of Dubai’s most sought-after locations. Its central location and self-sufficiency are one of its strengths.

It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the city, with many facilities and amenities. Educational institutions and hospitals are nearby.

With plenty of green spaces and sports facilities, it’s an ideal neighborhood for families.

  • JVT :

This predominantly residential neighborhood consists mainly of villas and parks. It is particularly popular with families, thanks to its central location, affordable accommodation options and numerous amenities.

There are a large number of commercial, residential and hotel developments, including schools, boutiques, cafés and restaurants.

As a popular suburb, Jumeirah Village is a 30-40 minute drive from most of Dubai’s main business districts.

The area is renowned for its affordable accommodation solutions, from apartments to villas.

  • Arjan :

Arjan is ideal for families and young couples.

Some of the emirate’s best schools are within easy reach of Arjan. It has several shopping malls and attractions, including the world’s largest flower garden.

One of the main advantages is its connectivity, with quick access to traffic routes for daily commuting.

Arjan offers affordable accommodation slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of the city, so there’s plenty of choice for those looking to rent.

  • Dubaï Marina :

Dubai Marina is located along the artificial canal with a magnificent view of the water and skyscrapers. Strategically located, it offers quick access to the sea, airports and public transport. The beach is nearby.

There are luxurious apartments and villas. There are restaurants, bars, cafés, green spaces and malls like the Dubai Marina Mall.

Dubai Marina is inhabited mainly by singles, couples and small families.

  • Business Bay :

Business Bay has now become one of Dubai’s most attractive residential, commercial and business centers. It attracts mainly young professionals. It is close to the city center, with easy access to the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall and direct access to major highways. The apartments offer spectacular views. But as Buisness Bay grows in popularity, prices are rising, making it attractive for investors.

  • Palm Jumeirah :

Part of one of Dubai’s most iconic districts, this palm-shaped artificial island is one of the largest covering 560 hectares of land.

There’s direct access to the beach, outdoor facilities, countless stores, restaurants and bars, beach clubs and five-star hotels.

It offers family villas and a variety of apartments.

Palm Jumeirah is for the most part home to expatriates on high salaries, young singles and well-to-do families.

New high-potential zones

  • Dubaï Maritime City :

This is a new district, one of the most promising in Dubai. It is located on the waterfront, 15 minutes from Downtown.

It will offer a host of services, including a concierge service, gym, infinity pool, wellness area with sauna and hammam, children’s play area and a large green space.

  • Jebel Ali :

Jebel Eli is also an artificial island in the shape of a palm tree, twice the size of Palm Jumeirah. It boasts 110 kilometers of beach.

It has 30% renewable energy and state-of-the-art means of transport.

  • Exposition City :

Exposition City is a community that respects the environment. A small part of the site’s electrical energy will come from the sun, and the buildings have been designed to consume almost 50% less water than most buildings. This saves both water and electricity. This is a new urban development.

Offices, restaurants and cafés, parks, grocery stores and stores are all within 15 minutes’ reach, by bike or on foot.
